About Us
WELCOME TO AJM JET MANAGEMENT
Why we started AJM
After more than two decades inside business aviation, we noticed the same thing on almost every deal: the buyer was the least informed person in the room. Sellers have brokers. Brokers have market data. Buyers often have a budget, a mission, and a lot of trust.
AJM Jet Management was built to change that. We are not a broker, and we do not represent the seller. Our only client is the buyer, and our job is to make sure that buyer understands the aircraft, the price, and the paperwork before any money moves.
From India, we work with clients across the world. The aircraft might be in the United States, Europe or Asia-Pacific. The standard stays the same: look at the evidence, say what we find, and let the client decide with a clear head.
For more than 25 years, Atiesh Mishra has advised ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, aircraft owners and aviation businesses across international markets.
As Director of AJM Jet Management, his expertise spans aircraft transactions, market valuation, technical due diligence and strategic aviation consulting.
His approach combines independent judgment, technical insight and commercial expertise to guide informed decisions and protect long-term value.
How we work
We work for the buyer only
We do not sell aircraft and we do not act for sellers. When we recommend that you proceed, renegotiate or walk away, the advice has no other interest behind it.
Evidence comes before opinion
Every conclusion is tied to something we have seen: a record, an inspection finding, a comparable sale. If we cannot support a point, we will not make it.
We are present, not remote
We attend inspections, review original records and stand beside you at delivery. A desktop opinion has its place, but it is never a substitute for looking at the aircraft.
We keep the language plain
You should not need an aviation degree to understand your own purchase. Our reports are clear, and our recommendations are stated directly.
A recent example
We supported Larsen & Toubro through the purchase of a new Gulfstream G500, from the first commercial discussions and cabin configuration through to the test flight, delivery in Savannah and the ferry flight home to Delhi.
Your commitment to excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and overall dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Everything You Need to Know

An independent aircraft transaction advisor helps buyers and sellers navigate the aircraft acquisition or sale process. This may include transaction planning, market research, coordination with relevant specialists, and support throughout the transaction.
Aircraft market value assessments consider factors such as aircraft type, age, total flight hours, maintenance history, equipment, overall condition, and comparable market transactions. The assessment scope depends on the aircraft and the information available.
An inspection and records review can help identify potential technical concerns, maintenance discrepancies, documentation gaps, and issues requiring further investigation before an aircraft transaction is completed.
Aviation consulting can support private buyers, aircraft owners, and other aviation stakeholders with aircraft selection, market research, transaction planning, and related advisory requirements, depending on the agreed scope of engagement.
Advisory support for a new Gulfstream G500 acquisition may include evaluating requirements, reviewing available information, coordinating with relevant parties, and supporting the acquisition process. Specific services depend on availability and the engagement scope.
Contact our team with your aircraft requirements, transaction objectives, or consulting needs. We can discuss your priorities and determine the appropriate scope of support for your situation.
